Our Pinot Noirs are famous for their intensity and the latest Estate bottling is no exception. Using nine of the 10 clones planted in our Chamisal Vineyard, it has all the complexity one would expect, underscored by notes of tangerine and savory spice that make up our signature Chamisal Spice profile.

Chardonnay
Our Estate Chardonnay is intended to exhibit the unique terroir of our Chamisal Vineyard. A blend of the seven clones grown on the property, this wine has all the classic characteristics of Chardonnay with citrus zest, savory spice and wild fennel notes that are the signature flavors of Chamisal Chardonnay.

Syrah
Our Estate Syrahs overflow with aromas of violets and lavender, blueberries and black plum. Background notes of vanilla and espresso bean add complexity to the nose. The palate recalls the rustic elegance of classic opulence, density and length.

Pinot Gris
Our Pinot Gris is both crisp and luxurious, with fresh flavors of golden apple, lemon zest and mandarin orange playing off the creamy texture and mouthwatering acidity. Notes of white flowers, lemon curd, vanilla and
our signature Chamisal spice blossom through the lingering finish of this complex yet approachable wine.

Rosé
Classic Grenache Rosé characters of strawberries and cream abound on the
nose with hints of watermelon candy and maraschino cherry. The palate shows more classic Grenache personality with ample red fruit and notes of wild anise which we attribute to our unique Chamisal spice terroir.
