Our historic property in the esteemed Edna Valley is a winemaker’s dream. We have 80 acres, with 5 varietals and 25 clones within these varietals that give us great diversity in flavor.
With the vineyard as the centerpiece of our wines, we take a careful and natural approach to its care and attention. We farm our land using sustainable, environmentally friendly practices --- most blocks are farmed organically and some even incorporate biodynamic principles. All field work, from canopy management to shoot positioning to weed removal, is done by hand to ensure we are always treating the vineyard and the grapes with the utmost respect.
